Commercial Use Licenses

All purchasers agree to the following terms based on the license type chosen and paid for at checkout.
Businesses selling wholesale or over the listed unit maximums should contact JuneyB Design LLC.

Basic License

  1. This is a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited commercial use license to the original purchaser.
  2. Copyright is retained by JuneyB Design LLC and is not transferred at any time.
  3. May be used to create physical end products for sale, up to 1,000 units sold.
  4. May not be used or sold as wrapping paper.
  5. May not be used in digital products of any kind.
  6. May not be altered in any way. The file is a completed work and no editing is permitted. This includes, but is not limited to, color changes, removing/rearranging/adding new elements to create new artwork, etc.
  7. May not be used as clip art.
  8. May not be claimed as own, shared, resold, re-distributed, or sub-licensed.
  9. May not be uploaded to any print-on-demand (POD) sites or print fulfillment sites, including but not limited to: Spoonflower, Redbubble, Zazzle, Society 6, Gelato, Sellfy, Teepublic, Printful, Threadless, etc.
  10. May not be uploaded to any editable template sites, including but not limited to Corjl, Templett, etc.
  11. Fabric, wallpaper or craft supplies require an additional extended license. See details in the following section. 

Extended Licenses

Craft Supply

  1. All provision of the Basic License apply except as follows.
  2. May be used to print and sell physical craft supplies such as scrapbook paper, ribbon, buttons, etc.
  3. Maximum units sold increases from 1,000 to 5,000 where one unit is equal to any of the following:
    1. 1x 12x12 scrapbook paper
    2. 1x button
    3. 1x yard of ribbon

Fabric

  1. All provision of the Basic License apply except as follows.
  2. May be used to print and sell fabric.
  3. Maximum units sold increases from 1,000 to 5,000 where one unit is equal one standard yard of fabric.

Wallpaper

  1. All provision of the Basic License apply except as follows.
  2. May be used to print and sell wallpaper.
  3. Maximum units sold increases from 1,000 to 5,000 where one unit is equal 15.6 feet of paper.
